  • Overview

    Teachstone is seeking a Certifications Administrator that will work closely with the Certification Program Manager to support a variety of initiatives aimed at managing and improving CLASS Certification Programs. Teachstone certification programs exist to scale CLASS-based projects throughout the field by creating and supporting a network of licensed domestic and international CLASS data collectors and trainers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in contract and quality management administration. A key feature of this role includes developing and streamlining orderly processes for managing contracts for the  Certified Affiliate Trainer Network, a pool of over 1200 individuals.


    • Understands and contributes to the success of Teachstone’s Certification Programs, specifically working with the Program Manager to develop programmatic success across three key areas: Impact, Revenue, and Customer Experience.  
    • Identifies, monitors, collects, and communicates metrics that contribute to program success.
    • Responsible for the management, organization, and upkeep of all certification related contracts--including filing, scanning, document management, and version control.
    • Works closely with Teachstone’s policy and legal team as needed to enforce and amend certification contracts as needed.
    • Assists with quality managements for all certification programs, including but not limited to: creating and distributing assessments and surveys, tracking and organizing video footage, analyzing data, and communicating trends and insights.
    • Assists Program Manager as needed with market discovery and research tasks.
    • Assists with monitoring online communities of certified individuals, including developing and publishing new resources to relevant groups and moderating discussions.


    • BA, BS or equivalent
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Adept use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Google applications, Survey Monkey, and video and multimedia presentation tools
    • Experience using (or ability to quickly pick up) contract management software and CRMs, such as PandaDoc and SalesForce.
    • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience in contract administration
    • Familiarity with the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) or Teachstone products
    • Knowledge of current trends in education, particularly early childhood education
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
