  • Overview

    The scope of this position includes providing administrative, analytical and procedural support by the Contract Administrator for vendor agreements, revenue contracts and proposals. These activities include, but are not limited to, providing support to internal and external customers.


    • Working directly with the field sales team, Client Success Managers, and inside sales team to prepare contracts and provide needed consulting to ensure specified contract criteria are met, including certificates of insurance and appropriate licenses to do business with the client.
    • Work in partnership with Finance and Client Services to ensure licenses and payment terms are acceptable.
    • All administration associated with licensing including naming conventions, filing, scanning, document management and version control.
    • Act as a resource to the Sales organization in regards to current policies and programs.
    • Interact with external customers when necessary to negotiate acceptable terms and conditions and facilitate contract changes.
    • Review and monitor compliance of contracts.
    • Amend contracts for new products, term extensions or pricing changes.
    • Maintain and provide updates to current contracts, templates, and associated forms.
    • Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
    • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two to four years of experience directly related to contract administration.
    • Proficient in MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced experience in Word and Excel.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team, meet deadlines & take instruction from multiple sources 
    • Experience working with proposal and contract documentation with a clear understanding of data/document reporting, tracking and maintenance
    • Proactive decision-maker with the ability to see the big picture
