  • Overview

    Teachstone's Customer Support Representatives are the frontline to the organization and provide support in answering clients’ product questions to simply resetting customers’ passwords. Teachstone is seeking a qualified candidate that can fill this part-time position while working in the comfort of their own home with an occasional visit to the home office. This position will not exceed a maximum of 20 hours per week.  The Customer Support Representative position is a vital role that contributes heavily to Teachstone’s success. 


    • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
    • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
    • Update customer relationship management database(Sales Force).
    • Provide assistance of regional and hosted trainings, including tech support for trainers.
    • Answer general inquiry telephone line and direct calls to appropriate staff.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
    • Assist in processing ecommerce orders and coordinate shipment of materials and equipment to clients.
    • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers


    • College degree or professional equivalent
    • Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in customer service
    • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database software, and remote support tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM).
    • Must have steady high speed internet access

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently and with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, outside agencies and the general public.
    • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Ability to establish priorities and managing workload.
    • Quier, noise-free home office space that is free of distractions
