    The Video Production Coordinator will support the acquisition of classroom video, edit footage for use in Teachstone video resources, review English and Spanish language classroom footage, and assist with other aspects of bilingual video content development and technical writing, as the coordinator’s experience with Teachstone's Classroom Assessment Scoring System® (CLASS®) grows. The coordinator will be expected to certify on the six age levels of the CLASS tool and develop deep CLASS knowledge. The ideal candidate is English/Spanish bilingual, has video editing experience and is truly excited to become an expert observer of teacher-child interactions and create fun, innovative, user-focused products for our teachers, observers, and coaches.


    • Edit classroom and coaching video to create video resources
    • Review raw video footage in English and Spanish to support content development
    • Write bilingual content to accompany Teachstone videos as experience develops
    • Gradually become a certified observer on all six age levels of the CLASS tool
    • Assist in video procurement, including management of video consents
    • Support the master coding of videos for the observer reliability test
    • Coordinate video review events and filming trips to support content development
    • Manage data related to Teachstone's raw footage and video resources


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • English/Spanish bilingual
    • Experience editing video using Adobe Premiere  
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to attend to details while supporting broader program goals
    • Adept at balancing multiple projects while staying attuned to quality and timeliness


    Desired Additional Skills

    • Knowledge of the Early Childhood and K-12 Education fields.
    • Videography experience
