Teachstone Training, LLC is hiring a Professional Services Coordinator that will join our team to plan and implement Teachstone trainings and work as support for all teams within the department. As a growing company, we are looking for a team player, passionate about the delivery of learning (both face-to-face and online), motivated by a desire to make a difference in education, and willing to work within the ebbs and flows of a dynamic, growing workplace. This energetic and experienced individual will assist with the process flow of managing the progress of contract regional and hosted trainings.


  • Plan and source branded materials and supplies for regional and hosted trainings
  • Support monthly reporting efforts for Professional Services
  • Pre- and post-training communication with trainers
  • Pre- and post-training communication with trainees
  • Creation of collateral materials for Regional events (name badges, signage, etc.)
  • Ordering and shipping of supplies and materials for regional and hosted trainings
  • Sourcing of technical equipment for regional trainings
  • Conducting other cost research as requested
  • Processing of confirmed hosted trainings through multiple software products


  • College Degree
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (specifically all of Microsoft Office)
  • Proficiency with Google tools (sheets, docs, etc.)
  • Experience with multimedia software, including Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, including venue contracts
  • Ability to work independently, have strong attention to detail, customer service experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, outside agencies and the general public
