Overview

Teachstone is looking for someone who likes to make customers happier than they thought they could ever be. The Customer Support Representative is the frontline to the organization and will provide support in answering clients’ complex product questions to simply resetting customers’ passwords. The Customer Support Representative position is a vital role that contributes heavily to Teachstone’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Client Services inquiry emails and phone calls.
  • Provide support to the Account Management team for day-to-day client requests and product launches.
  • Update customer relationship management database.
  • Provide assistance of regional and hosted trainings, including tech support for trainers.
  • Answer general inquiry telephone line and direct calls to appropriate staff.
  • Provide logistics planning and coordination for hosted Professional Development (PD) Program trainings.
  • Coordinate shipment of materials and equipment to clients.
  • Prepare pre- and post-training communication with PD program trainers and trainees.

Qualifications

  • College degree or professional equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, outside agencies and the general public.
  • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to establish priorities and managing workload.
